Review monitoring and records
Compare production with seasonal expectations, check for unresolved alerts, and note any changes since storms or roof work. A single cloudy day is not enough to establish a fault.
Report what you can observe safely
From a safe location on the ground, note visible damage, displaced equipment, or unusual debris. Do not climb onto the array or inspect electrical connections yourself.
Cleaning is a separate decision
